A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. The only impossible journey is the one you never begin. Visualization is a day dreaming with a purpose (Bo Bennett). When you visualize then you materialize (Denis Waitley).

“The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.”

When I recalling back to Amal academy journey of 3 month. I have a lot of memories with Amal academy . From the time of interview call, orientation and finally selection and first week of session to thorough out the end of Amal fellowship. I don’t know where I start to write about amal journey because I have a lot of beautiful memories in my mind. Fellowship journey was different and it is a totally new experience for me. I have learned a lot from my Amal fellows in the session, learning groups, mock interviews, and megaprojects. Everything was interesting.

First two week experience

When I start to reflect on fellowship, I learned that every time stay positive and how to be positive. Now I always feel positive vibes from others. That thing really helps me a lot that I never give up. Our first pw was related to write and draw Amal values on any object . I made it in adobe design by spending more time. These values make me excited and when I recall Amal journey this is the first thing which come in my mind. These values help me to committed new learning and play important role in my life. Without these values we were nothing.

In the starting I have no idea what we are doing and what I learnt from this fellowship in 3 month program. In the Fellowship in found some kindhearted people. They helped me a lot to complete my fellowship. Let’s explain about the journey of first two weeks where I learned about the Amal values which were honesty, responsibility, acceptance, humility, and growth. Before Amal I didn’t work on it but after joining Amal I realized that we must need to follow these values in every day of life. I start work on it and stay positive to everyone which I felt changes in me during fellowship. I also made my goal ,life map, and Amal values that remind me value of these things in Amal fellowship.

I learned a lot from Amal values, life map, and the life map of other fellows which they shared with us. Fellowship was really helpful for me. It takes me out from my comfort zone. I came to realize that every person which became ideal personality face many difficulties in life and then succeed. Before Amal I have no experience of writing blog. I wrote my first blog in Amal about five acts of kindness by spending many hours. I learned in the fellowship how we give gratitude, humility, and creating lollipop moment in others life and how we connects dots to become a successful person.

Self Discovery

Before Amal I don’t know the purpose of my life. But now I felt a positive change in myself. I know very well about my goals smart goals and know the why behind goals. I developed a growth mindset and know how to manage things. I know about the direction of my future. Definitely this change will impact my life. in sha Allah I will apply these things in future which I learnt from Amal.
